Haruka, Megumi, and Kyoko, the trio of idols "Harumegu," visit a pachinko parlor for a live event, but the town is suddenly overrun with zombies, causing the event to be canceled. Harumegu, along with pachinko parlor employees Moe and Eri, and patrons Ayaka, Shoko, and Rumi, are trapped inside the parlor until rescue arrives.
